New St. Louis Certified Hoop Instructors

Hoopnotica was in town last weekend and conducted training and certification in the areas of fitness and dance with the hoop.  The weekend was a success.  Michelle Schaeffer of the Hoop Club plus many others tested and received two new certifications to teach.  Michelle will now be offering Hoop Fit and Hoopnotica Flow in addition to current offerings of hoop dance and mini hoop fitness.

Hooping is a great way to improve your overall health and outlook on life.  We highly suggest!  The STL Hoop Club offers classes, workshops, private lessons, and performance.  If you would like to register for a current class or have questions, please let us know!
