STL Hoop Club

Round two of World Hoop Day St. Louis 2012 is tomorrow!  We are happy to say that almost every one of our seven workshops has been filled.  Workshop registration is now closed.  We will have a few open spots available for people to drop-in on while spots last.  Inquire about these spaces when you arrive at the event.  Please note that the meters are to be paid on Saturday’s until 5:30pm.  If you do get a ticket the fee will be $10.  Guests are invited to still come to the event during the workshop time period, hang out, hoop, enjoy the vendors, artists and open spaces in the lower level to hoop and build hoops.

DOORS: 1:30pm / Workshops 2-5pm /Performance Showcase 5:30pm / Spin Jam with Crate to Crate Sound System         The Driftaways  8pm (band) / Aaron Kamm and the One Drops 10pm (band) / Enjoy our photo booth- Memories by Mary set- up around 5pm / Light snacks available for purchase periodically until 10pm- a food truck will be on-site 10-1am

CELEBRATING COMMUNITY

Produced with love for all the hoopers and spinners of the World, our friends, and loved ones. Benefiting the kids of the St. Louis Public Schools district. Accepting gently used or new hoop donations or product. Hoop donators will receive a complimentary drink ticket for the event and our endless gratitude! This will be our fourth donation. Tickets will be available at door, pre-payment and pre-registration is strongly suggested to attend workshops. Ticket price covers all workshops and most activities. Separate registration is required after payment to attend workshops. Online registration and payment through paypal or square. We will also accept money order and check. Hoop building and decorating workshops will be held from 2-4pm. No registration is required.

Hoop donations being accepted for WHD both days. Hoops must be between 34 and 40 inch in diameter. No Dollar Store hoops please. Materials also accepted. Donated hoops will be given to the St. Louis Public Schools. Donators will receive free drink ticket at the door and our gratitude. Evening music includes the sounds of Crate to Crate Sound System, The Driftaways, Aaron Kamm and the One Drops!!

DOORS at 1:30pm / Workshops are 45 minutes long, pre-registration suggested. Drop-ins welcome if space permits.
