The following stage performances were given at the Methodist Church to a receptive standing room only crowd. Michelle Schaeffer, Travis Thorne, Jenn Rauscher and Surka Noelle are the featured hoop dancers. Here is a video of our grand finale.

 As an added bonus, we were able to raise awareness about hooping and collect for our hoop donation for the St. Louis School Dictrict.  Together we raised $250 and were donated 60 assembled hoops.

In order to meet our goal of 100 assembled hoops, we will be constructing the last 40 needed hoops during Open Hoop Jams at the Koken Art Factory until we are finished.  If you would like to help, see our mini-blog post located to the right of the screen to see the latest info about meet-ups and happenings.

I want to personally thank everyone that came and donated their time and energy to help Dan Hamm. The money raised will help Dan overcome the endeavors of losing a limb. Music was provided by Madahoochi, Thumpasaraus and Vitamen A. Porn Grass (bluegrass band) and the drum circle kept things lively outside. Special performances were brought by Bill Chott and his comedy team, STL Fire Technicians, and the St. Louis hoop Club. Special thanks to Beatle Bob for presenting. The amazing lights were provided by Triple Jam Production. The venue was donated by Off Broadway.

I also want to personally thank the STL Hoop Club and its members for all the time and effort put forth. Everyone is a doing job. Together we can move mountains!
